A multi slice directional control valve (with several relief valves incorporated) being overhauled.
A combination pump, (Two variable displacement axial piston pumps and a gear pump) being adjusted and tested on the test bench. This pump is from an excavator.
Transmission pump being adjusted to its design specifications and load tested on our test bench.
This installation is a steering control manifold on a mobile machine with articulated steering. We were involved in the design of the manifold and circuitry. We did the installation (On all twelve machines) of the manifold, adapted the circuit and supplied and installed the pipework. Thereafter we commissioned the machines.
Lawrie Kyte Hydraulics was started by Lawrie and Carol Kyte in 1989. The present owners (Brian and Jennifer Muller) bought the business in 2002 when Lawrie and Carol retired.
Since then Brian and Jennifer have embarked on a program of:
- Formalising the quality controls that were in place,
- A program of capital equipment improvement
- Suitable staff employment
- Staff Training
- Improving relationships with suppliers to benefit our customers
- Streamlining administration
The trading name was changed to Hydraulic Solutions
in 2006 to emphasize our dedication and commitment to our core business.
