We can design, specify, supply, fit and repair all things hydraulic and pneumatic from the versatile o-ring, to complex proportional controls for variable displacement pump and motor and motor combinations. • 200bar, 11 l/min on test bench for smaller motors, valves, cylinders
• Cylinder strip down bench, 3 tonne wrench capable
• Down time filtering to 3 micron
• Crimper up to 2” (-32) hose
• Hoses stocked on site: up to 4 wire 1 inch, large range of hose ends stocked.
• Seals stocked on sit: up to 4” cylinder, common styles.
• Accumulator recharging- common fittings including most hammers.

Gladstone

Hydraulic Solutions is a family run business, based in the port city of Gladstone in Queensland. The city is a major industrial centre and hosts giants in industry such as the Boyne Smelters Limited, Queensland Alumina Limited, the Comalco Alumina Refinery, Cement Australia Gladstone, Orica and the NRG Power Station.

The Cities industrial prosperity is largely made possible by the cities proximity to the natural deep water port which has developed into the Central Queensland Port Authority’s Gladstone port infrastructure. The port is equipped to handle import and export of raw and finished materials including coal, bauxite, alumina and finished aluminium as well as bulk liquids and containers and general freight.

Alongside the Industrial giants are several smaller primary and manufacturing industries as well as a host of support infrastructure and industries. The city’s industrial background, proximity and good connecting infrastructure to the inland coalfields allow it to offer a service to these coalfields as well.
